Des plaines Woman, 49, killed in traffic crash – ryan

A Woman has died after a car she was in rear-ended a semitruck late sunday in des plaines.

Nazly rodriguez-munoz was a passenger in a toyota prius driver by a 28-year-eler des plaines Woman who was eastbound on Algonquin Road Approaching Leslie Lane Wen She Hit the Rear of ABOUT 11:55 PM, Police Said.

The Driver Told Police The Truck was Parked Along the Side of the Road With No Lights on, but the Trucker Said He Was Traveling East Slowly, Police Said.

Firefighters Pulled rodriguez-munoz, who was bleeding heavily from her leg, from the wreckage and applied a
Tourniquet to stop the bleeding, but died at an area hospital, policy Said.

The Crash Remains Under Investigation.
