The lawyer argued that the file was a promising student and passed the LLM degree in criminal law in the first class. URVI has attacked all 100 questions. If they withdrew 7 questions, they should have received grace marks. What is aibe exam? Aibe examination is given to the practice after the study of the right. It gets a certificate through successful, and only then does the law get graduates permission to practice. Students from the LLM final year can also take AIBE exam. Aibe is in an open book format. It is designed to evaluate basic legal knowledge and assess the analytical abilities of the candidates. The minimum measure of qualification for entry into the legal profession is also established. What will happen after the notice of the Supreme Court? The Gujarat High Court has asked the BCI’s reason that the LLM degree holder fails.
