A young wife did not find before her except the family court, after she was fed up with the actions of her husband, who no longer sees anything in the world except the matches, to decide to file a case of dislocation, confirming that “the football kidnapped Josie from the house.”

The wife said in her lawsuit that she married five years ago and was imagining a stable life full of affection and mercy, but the reality was completely different, as her husband turned into a football lover who spends most of his time in front of the screens or in cafes to follow the matches.

She added: “I was going to return from work to sit together, I will meet him on the coffee, watching on a match, and when the match is saved, he begins to analyze with his companions, and the house and children for him are not present.”

The wife added that her continuous attempts to fix the situation were unsuccessful, as she tried to talk to him more than once and persuade him of the need to take care of the house and the children, but he considered any discussion on the topic “disturbing the class of footballing”, but rather reached daily differences that ended with the exchange of accusations inside the house.

She emphasized in the lawsuit that she lost a sense of stability and safety inside her home, saying: “No one is permissible to live neglected … The football remained more important than me and his children, and I am not able to complete with him.”

After the failure of the reconciliation attempts between the two parties, the wife resorted to the family court, calling for the dislocation, justifying her calling that she no longer tolerates a life in which she feels “second after the matches”, leaving the last word of the court to adjudicate the fate of marriage that ended at the doors of the stands.

Mona said to the family court in Cairo that she married her husband, an engineer at a private company, for nearly two years, and they have not yet had children, not because there is a health problem but rather for their desire to postpone childbearing.
She added that she lived a strong love story with her husband before marriage, which helped them achieve a degree of understanding after marriage, but she made it clear that she was surprised by his assault by beating after she changed her hair color to red, which prompted her to file a department.

On the other hand, Bassem said, the husband, that their marriage was distinguished by understanding from the beginning, but this time he was surprised by changing her hair color to red, stressing that she was knowing how much he hated this color, and despite that she changed it, which sparked his anger and pushed him to infringe on her.

The court considers the case to adjudicate it during the upcoming sessions.
