The case was heard in the Justice Suresh Kumar Kumar Kumar Division Bank and Justice Vivek Jain. The court was told that the budget proposal was sent to the center in December 2024. When the court asked the government to explain whether the state had its own funds or needed funds from the center, the government’s lawyer acknowledged that the fund itself was expected. On this, the court issued a notice, which made the central government a defendant and asked what decision so far was made on the state government proposal. The court instructed to decide the next hearing of the case in the week after June 6. The congress Mla Lakhan Ghanghoria said: “This overlay will be a lifeline of Jabalpur every day. People are sitting in traffic every day. I repeatedly raised this issue from the house to the streets, but if there is no solution, I brought the court into court.
