All India Bar Association has filed a petition against those who question the Supreme Court
New -Delhi, April 26 (IANS). The country’s largest court raised questions about the Supreme Court by some politicians, on which the controversy deepens. In this case, now the chairman of the All India Bar Association and president of the International Council of Jurists, London, Dr. Adesh C. Aggarwal filed a petition in the Supreme Court. Dr Aggarwal clearly claimed that some leaders who sit in high positions such as MPs make inflammatory and misleading statements, which not only cause confusion in the public but also affect the credibility of the country’s legal system. He calls it a ‘well -planned conspiracy’ and said that the unfounded allegations equal to the courts are a little lies. Dr Aggarwal also pointed out that the Supreme Court has never given any instructions to the president and has not violated any dignity of the Constitution. He called on the leaders to exercise self -control and maintain the dignity of the judiciary. Most importantly, Dr. Aggarwal also attracted the attention of the court to the growing number of false cases, especially on the false fir filed against men. The Supreme Court also recently expressed serious concerns about this issue and ensured the necessary action. He said that the question now arises that who is the people who want to injure the dignity of the Supreme Court, the highest institution of the country? It is noteworthy that in the last few days the leaders have made such statements about the Supreme Court, which led to a debate on it. Especially after the statement of BJP leader Nishikant Dubey, this matter arose and his statement led to much politics.
