But the impact of the fiber goes far beyond the loo. The high fiber diets are related to lower risks of type 2 diabetes, heart disease, colon cancer and even depression. It is a holistic power station. I believe that longevity is rooted in balance and fiber is one of the most important pillars. It supports hormone regulation, especially estrogenic clearance in women. It also helps insulin sensitivity, which helps to manage blood sugar levels more effectively.
