A serious negligence came to light by the MPL (Mining Private Limited) staff for coal load in Kusunda Colliery. The staff issued a slip to the drivers of both the HIVA without proper investigation, after which they were sent to Kusunda Colliery for coal load. According to sources, the incident occurred as a result of negligence in the Collipier’s slip system. The Highha drivers reached the collection without any investigation or correct documents, which caused interference in the coal loading process. This is a serious offense, as coal load in the collery requires the prescribed procedures, so that there are no unnecessary and illegal activities. The Colliery administration began investigating and warning the case against action against the guilty employees. According to the information received so far, the highway drivers reached the collection, but the case was caught before the loading process was completed. The incident exposed the need for vigilance and responsibility to the employees working in the collection. To avoid such cases, the Colliery administration planned to take more transparency and steps in the process of issuing a slip. Share this story -tags
