Amritsar: BSF soldiers seized 5 drones, heroin and pistols
Amritsar, October 12 (IANS). The Border Safety Force (BSF) has jumped up on several cross-border smuggling efforts while performing operations in Punjab’s Amritsar and Tarn Taran border areas. In operations based on specific intelligence, BSF seized five Pakistani drones on heroin and a gun. Based on information from an informant, BSF troops made the recovery of Nowshera Dhalla, Havelian and Village of Tarn Taran, as well as areas around Rajatal Village or Amritsar. The batter on drones contains three DJI Mavic-3 Classic, one DJI Mavic-4 Pro and one DJI Air-3-Drone. During these operations, a total of more than 2.29 kg of heroin, three packets and a pistol with one magazine were also restored. BSF seized 1,144 kg of heroin with a DJI Mavic-4 Pro-Drone of Tarn Taran, while two drones of Rajatal Amritsar were seized. In addition, 566 grams of heroin were recovered from a DJI Air-3-Drone and 586 grams of heroin was found from a DJI Mavic-3-Classical Drone. BSF officials said these successive seizures reflect the power of power, high vigilance, and its unwavering commitment to protecting the country’s borders against the Narco Drone Networks in Pakistan. The power maintains 24-hour supervision to prevent any illegal activities on the border. In the same order, also Friday, BSF, along with Punjab police, got a large amount of anesthetics and Pakistan made weapons in two separate surgeries.
