Trending China’s Great Wolce is also considered one of the 7 wonders of the world’s great wall world of Chinese. However, a 40km wall in India is also centuries old as the China wall. The wall in Rajgir, Bihar, was built about 2500 years ago during the Maurya Empire. This is called a cyclopic wall. This wall of Rajgir is about 40 km long. It is made of large stones without load, which is surprising to the engineering of ancient times. This large wall was built to protect the capital Rajgir. This wall is the only ancient remains of its kind in India, which makes it unique. Now Asi has sent a proposal to UNESCO to include it in the list of global heritage in the light of the historical and cultural importance of this wall. This is the third proposal of India sent to UNESCO this year, aimed at bringing Indian heritage to the global stage. This cyclopic wall is expected to promote tourism and the economy here. This initiative of ASI reflects India’s dedication to preserving and displaying the rich culture and historical heritage of India. Click here Life & Style Click for more stories Click here
