Investigation revealed that he had benefited from contacting many SPS, DSPs and police station officials from Jharkhand and Bihar. Got a recommendation from someone, took a car and facilities from someone. Anand was drunk, police arrested him. When police performed his alcohol test, the report found a high alcohol level, indicating a state of extreme intoxication. During interrogation, Anand acknowledged that he was trying to get government facilities and unfair benefits from the officials by facing IG, DSP or their family members.
