According to the information, the thugs called themselves a senior officer of the Mumbai police and called the victim couple claiming that illegal black money transactions were found in their bank account. The thugs created an atmosphere of fear and kept them in constant contact through video calls and kept them under spiritual pressure. How does digital arrest? The thugs told the victim that they would have to work together for immediate investigation and instruct to keep the mobile camera. After this, he was detained at home in ‘digital arrest’ for four days while continuously monitoring the video call. During this time he banned the couple out of the house and threatened to be arrested for doing so. Cyber criminals who are afraid of false documents showed false documents, saying that the name of the businessman was included in serious crimes such as money laundering and drug smuggling. He created an atmosphere of fear, saying that he must deposit a certain amount to avoid the investigative agencies so that they can prove themselves innocent.
