Ai Giant Anthropic launched Claude Sonnet 4.5, its latest major language model, along with a series of updates on its products on Monday. The company says the new model performs better in reasoning, coding and computer -based tasks than earlier versions. This includes checkpoints that allow users to save progress and return to earlier conditions, a refreshing terminal interface and a new expansion for Visual Studio Code. The Claude API now has context cultivation and a memory instrument to help agents manage longer and more complicated tasks. Within the Claude programs, the execution of codes and file creation functions has been added, covering spreadsheets, presentations and documents. The Claude agent SDK released Anthropic, also introduced the Claude Agent SDK, which offers developers the same infrastructure used in its internal tools. This framework is designed for the construction of AI agents and contains memory management systems, consent and coordination on sub-agencies. Benchmark Performance The company reports that Claude Sonnet 4.5 improved results on benchmarks that measure actual coding and computer use. This, for example, leads the Osworld test at 61.4 percent, an increase of 42.2 percent with the previous sonnet 4 model. According to Anthropic, experts in sectors such as finance, law, medicine and science have found the model more accurate in domain -specific reasoning. The release is also described as the firm’s most aligned model to date, with additional precautions against issues such as quick injection attacks.
