A painful incident came to light in the Munirka area in Southwest Delhi, where a young man hit a young woman so seriously that she died in hospital. The deceased was identified as 27 -year -old Lahing Zeng, a resident of Manipur. Police arrested the accused after the incident and sent the body to the postmortem. The accused was identified as Jagaminthang alias Jungminh, a Manipur resident, who accepted his crime in police under -examination. Investigation of the incident and police action DCP Surderra Chaudhary said that the Kishangarh police station received information on the afternoon of April 8 that a young woman was lying unconscious on the 5th floor of a home in Munirka and that there were bruises on her body. Once the information was received, police immediately reached the place and took the injured girl to the hospital, where doctors declared her dead. He and the accused Jungminth were in a live relationship for a year. The day before the incident, on April 7, three of Lahing’s friends, Kapgolal, Nemanthem and Kimnethem, came to his room to party. When the three left for the party, there was a fight between Jungmintth and Lahing. During this quarrel, the accused lahing struck and made her faint. When police questioned the three friends, they said that the Junginte wore lahing violently and also threatened during the party. The accused was arrested on the basis of secret information received by the police. The accused continued to investigate the reasons. The accused said he was not a good relationship with lahing and he suspected that Lahing was in a relationship with another person. For this reason, there was a dispute between them. Police are investigating deeply on what the real reason for quarrels and assault was. Police are taking further steps in the case and gather the necessary evidence.
