Collam, September 22 (IANS). A shocking incident came to light on Monday in Punalur in the Collam district of Kerala. A year of 45 years, his wife killed and announced the crime on Facebook Live before surrendering to police. It was reported that Shalini, 40, was killed in her mother’s home near Charuvilla. She lived there for some time because her husband Isaac was allegedly plagued. Shalini, who worked as a caretaker in the local school, was preparing to go to work, when Isaac entered the house and attacked her with a sharp weapon. A few minutes after the murder, Isaac came directly on Facebook and admitted to having serious allegations against his wife. Shalini was served as caretaker at the local school. In the video, Isaac claims that Shalini connected the house without her knowledge. She often did not listen to her and wanted to live a comfortable life with her mother. He also claimed that Shalini’s behavior was arrogant and that she changed the track again and again for no reason. Isaac said in the video: “I killed my wife because she connected the house of the house without our knowledge and never listened to me. We have two children, one of whom suffers from cancer, but still she went to live with her mother.” After the video broadcast, Isaac surrendered at the Punalur police station. He was arrested and questioned. Police confirmed that Facebook would be an important evidence in the case with living confession, neighbors and the testimony of Shalini’s family. Initial investigation revealed that the incident had occurred as a result of prolonged domestic disputes. Officials said the murder caused a stir in the entire area, especially as the crime occurred before the child’s child. Further investigation is on. -Ians shk/dsc
