The victim claims that her son was closed by the accused in another room during the incident. For four years, the woman claims that the accused made a video of the incident and sexually abused her for four years by threatening to make her viral. The victim said she was spiritually broken for fear of extortion. In addition, the accused also violently made a forced agreement of the victim to suppress the case. The victim threatened to kill the boy, claiming that the accused and her associates also threatened to kill her son. To intimidate him, the accused said he would send his son to Bengal. This threat aggravated the condition of the victim, and she was forced to register a complaint with the police station on the entire case. The reaction of the FIR and the accused, the police chief Sanjit Kumar, said that the fir was registered on the basis of the victim’s statement and sent to the court to make a statement.
