Australian cricketer sick before match in Kanpur, feared for food poisoning

Kanpur, October 5 (IANS). The third unofficial ODI match between India-A and Australia-A is played in the Stadium in Kanpur on Sunday, which has previously deteriorated the health of some Australian players. It is feared that these players are sick because of food eating. The food department became active as soon as the players were informed about the disease. Monsters of Arhar Dal, Prie Cheese, Rice, Roasted Chicken and Dry Fruits were taken from the hotel in question. According to Rajiv Shukla, Vice President of the Council of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), the players may not have been sick after eating the hotel as other players also get the same food. On this matter, the BCCI vice president told reporters: “If there was a shortage of food, all the players could get sick, but it’s not that. Australian players get good hotel food. All the players eat the same food. Maybe 2-4 players are possible from another place.” He said: “A historical test match was played with Bangladesh in Kanpur. Now Kanpur has been arranged in this match, but there is a shortage of good hotels in this city. We are not getting as many rooms needed for the event.” India-A and Australia A teams are 1-1 in the unofficial ODI series of three games. India-A won the first match of the series by 171 runs, after which Australia won the second game by 9 wickets based on the Duckworth Lewis rule. In such a situation, the third and final game of the series became decisive. A series of two not -official Test matches between the two teams were played in front of the Non -Offic Odi series in Lucknow. The first game of the series was a draw, after which India won the second game by 5 wickets. -Ians RSG/BC shares this story tags
