But the process stopped instead of continuing when the Punjab and Haryana High Court filed an appeal before a bank against the Justice Sindhu order. On August 7, 2024, a bank led by Justice Sureshwar Thakur banned the case, because there was of course a disagreement with a single bank, although it left the way to consider the approval of the draft rules for the governments.
