Even after 6 years of approval, the post of court manager in Punjab and Haryana vacant
In light of the order given on July 19, 2024 by Justice Mahabir Singh Sindhu, the incident becomes important, in which the bank clearly said: “If the selection process for the recruitment of 48 posts of court manager Grade II is started based on the draft service rules, there will be no loss … without any other time.” Justice Sindhu said the posts were approved in September 2019, but that it was not yet “meaningful practice” to fill it. The bank also made it clear that in the present circumstances there was no doubt that court managers could provide valuable assistance to the Justice Administration “. The order came when the single Judge Bank was notified that the draft service rules drawn up after the full court approval was sent to the governments of Punjab and Haryana in April 2019. Despite repeated memory, the final decision was not made by both states. But the process stopped instead of continuing when the Punjab and Haryana High Court filed an appeal before a bank against the Justice Sindhu order. On August 7, 2024, a bank led by Justice Sureshwar Thakur banned the case, because there was of course a disagreement with a single bank, although it left the way to consider the approval of the draft rules for the governments. As a result, Justice Sindhu said in his order on September 4, 2024, “It seems that the Supreme Court has lost interest in the case. It is postponed indefinitely.” Share this story -tags
