How does a human body react in danger?
How does a human body react in trending? Imagine being in a forest and suddenly a lion comes before you. What will you do then? If there is a danger in front of us, the brain feels it immediately and we have two options, either fighting or running away. The ‘Emigela’ part of our brain will immediately identify the lion as a danger and issue a warning. After this, the second part of the brain ‘hypothalamus’ will place the body in emergency mode. After this, you will experience many changes in the body. Your breath will get faster, so you can take more and more oxygen and heartbeat so that blood and oxygen can reach your muscles faster. The pupils of the eyes will spread so that you can see the danger in front of you. The muscles will be tanned in such a way that if you want, you can run quickly and run away or fight if needed. Sweat will also keep the body temperature under control. All these changes in the body are caused by a hormone called ‘Edrinlin’. It’s like an emergency alarm of the body. Once the body goes into emergency mode, ‘Edrinlin’ is released. All of these procedures prepare you to escape from danger or fight, called ‘Fight of Flight Response’ in English.
