The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed a charge sheet against three accused, including a Pakistani handler, in the terrorist assembly case that seized weapons and ammunition in the Poonch area in Jammu and Kashmir. The accused was identified as Abdul Aziz, Munawar Hussain and Nazir Hussain. In terms of sections 13, 17, 18, 20, 23 and 38, they were charged with the Revised RA (p) Act 1967 with section 61 (2) of BNS, 2023 and Section 3/25 of the Arms Act, 1959. Nazir Hussain, which is currently active in Pakistan -occupied Kashmir (Poknavi Force) Terrorists -Organization. According to the NIA investigation, he was involved in the motivation of the weak people of Kashmir to participate in the acts of violence among the great conspiracy that hatched by various prohibited terrorist organizations and their colleagues to perform terrorist acts and activities in the region. Nazir used to share inflammatory audio clips and video notes with local terrorist organizations. He encouraged them to wage Jihad and wage war against India. The NIA registered a case based on the police fir in October 2024. At the time, Abdul Aziz was caught by a policy team in Surankot, Poonch, and seized two hand grenades from his suitcase. Munawar Hussain was arrested during his interrogation, of whom 1 pistol, 1 magazine and 9 rounds were seized.
