Babur's first attack on India

Babur’s first attack on Trending India, Babur, the founder of the Mughal Empire, ruled the Delhi Sultanate from 1526 to 1530 AD. His descendants left an indelible mark on India. Babur was born on February 14, 1483 in Fargana, Uzbekistan. He was called “Zaheeruddin Muhammad Babur”. Timur and Genghis Khan’s blood ran in Babur’s veins. He was the 5th descendant of Timur on behalf of his father and the 14th descendant of Genghis Khan of his mother. Babur’s father Umrashekh Mirza was the ruler of a small state named Fergerana. At the age of 11, Babur sat on the throne of Fargana. In 1507 Babur adopted the title of Emperor. He was the first ruler of his dynasty to hold this title. However, he had to fight against his cousin for the throne of Fargana. After losing, Babur had to flee to Afghanistan. Babur attacked India for the first time in 1519. He captured Bajaur and parts of Punjab with 2000 riders. Between 1519 and 1526 Babur 5 attacks on India. In the first battle of Panipat in 1526, he defeated Sultan Ibrahim Lodi of Delhi using Landop Cannons. In this way, the mughal rich was established in India, which continued until 1857.
