Six conceptual families were evicted and accused of not accepting the customs of the town in Sukuma

The residents threw six converted families out of town because they did not follow the town’s customs. This incident is from Karigundam Panchayat, 80 km from Konta Development Block. On Saturday, a special gram of Sabha of about 400 people from nine towns of this Panchayat was organized. In this meeting, 13 converted families of the town were called and were asked to follow the customs and traditions of the town (Sukma Village Social Struggle). After explaining the residents, the seven families agreed to return to their original religion and follow the customs and traditions of the town. The residents helped him leave the town. Then he abandoned the tribal culture and tradition and began to church. Vinay Kumar, who left the town, said that the people of the house became ill and even after going to the village priest, there was no improvement in their health. He then converted to religion and started going to church from the year 2015. The disease was healed by prayer in the church. Now the residents tell them that they must return to their original religion, otherwise leave the town. Now they do not want to make contact with the culture and traditions of the town, which is why they have accepted that they are leaving the town. All the people of the village helped to carry the goods of six families on the tractor. The meeting lasted very angry throughout the day. Villagers expressed their anger over the repentance in the gram of Sabha held in Karigundam Village this morning until Saturday. Villagers said conversion did great damage to the traditions and culture of the town. Similarly, if all people continue to abandon the basic traditions of the town, the entire culture will one day be destroyed. Share this story -tags
