Bahlil accidentally turned into a meme: This insult has been happening since I was in Elementary School
Jakarta – Chairman of the Golkar Party and Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Bahlil Lahadalia casually responded to the meme with his face circulating on social media (social media). Bahlil said he was used to receiving insults from childhood. “The question is, what do I think about memes, or news that is actually different from what actually happened? I can honestly say that, yes,” Bahlil said at the Presidential Palace Complex, Jakarta, Friday (10/24/2025). Bahlil said he was not born into an official family. Because I’m not the son of an official, right. I’m the son of someone from the village,” said Bahlil. “My mother was just in a hurry to wash at other people’s houses. My father was in a hurry to build buildings. So these insults happened when I was in elementary school, when I was little,” Bahlil added. Having no problem with memes deemed offensive, Bahlil took issue with those who want to mess with state policy. Bahlil opposed these parties. “So I think that’s good.
