The Jammu and Kashmir Water Power Division promoted 8 superintendent engineers to the post of Chief Engineer, making a major administrative reform. Eight engineers, including Mohammad Hanif Shaukat Hussain, received new responsibilities. These appointments were kept in mind with the administrative needs and there will be no claim from the officers on these posts. Eight in -Charge Superintending Engineer was posted as Chief Engineer (CM Omar Abdullah) State Bureau, Jagran, Jammu. The Department of Water Power ordered that the 8 in -Charge Superintending Engineer should be placed in -Charge. These include Mohammad Hanif, Shaukat Hussain, Rakesh Kumar Gupta, Jugal Kishore Nagotra, Naseeb Chand, Devraj Bhagat, Zakir Hussain and Munir Hussain. These appointments were made with a view to the administrative need, but these officers will have no claim on this deployment.
