A FIR has been filed against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), the event management company DNA Entertainment Private Limited, Karnataka State Cricket Association and others related to the stamping members near Chinnaswamy Stadium. The fir made serious allegations of intentional murder. At the same time, the Chief Minister of Karnataka issued an arrest order. The first arrest was made under this warrant. Police have arrested RCB’s marketing chief Nikhil Sosal of Bengaluru Airport. According to reports, police also detained three other people. All of this is being questioned at the Cuba police station. Millions of fans met outside Chinnaswamy Stadium on Wednesday to participate in the celebration of the first winning title of RCB. During this, 11 people were killed and 56 others injured in a stamp. The CID was handed over to the investigation of the case. Firs registered with Cuba Park said Fir was filed with the Cuba Park police station after the police complaint. In the Fir, RCB was described as accused no. 1, DNA Entertainment Private Limited as accused no. 2 and the administrative committee of the Karnataka State Cricket Association. The FIR claims that the necessary permission was not taken for organizing the program. RCB, DNA event management firm and State Cricket Association celebrated the victory without the necessary permission. RCB said it would work on legal action after the fir was filed against him.
