Bangladeshi -Burger arrested at the Mumbai Airport, Passport made with false documents

Mumbai, April 13 (IANS). A shocking case came to light at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, when a citizen in Bangladesh, Mohammed Shamim Mohammad Sattar, was arrested before going to Bangladesh with false Indian passports due to the vigilance of immigration officials. Shamim has lived in Vadodara, Gujarat, since 2002 and introduced himself as Indian citizen ‘Ajay Dilipbhai Chaudhary’. In the initial investigation, he could not give a satisfactory answer to his identity and documents, after which the police in Sahar (Mumbai) were notified. Police investigation revealed that Shamim was originally a Bangladesh resident, who was married to Singapeta Chauhan, an Indian woman, earlier during his work in Singapore. After this marriage in 1995, he came to India in 2002 and settled in Vadodara. With the help of his wife Sangeeta, he made false documents and also obtained an Indian passport in the name of Ajaybhai Dilipbhai Chaudhary of Ahmedabad Passport Office. Shamim has traveled abroad several times through this false passport, including trips to Bangladesh. When immigration officials questioned Shamim about his visit to Bangladesh, he was confused and could not give the right answer. When he was strictly questioned when he was strictly questioned, he accepted his true identity and was a citizen in Bangladesh. Shamim said in a statement to police that she was also married to Bangladesh wife Taslima in 1992 and then went to work in Singapore. Mumbai police are now conducting a detailed investigation into Shamim’s background. The role of his Indian wife Sangeta is also under suspicion and can be arrested soon. Based on the complaint of immigration officer Rajiv Ranjan Kumar Yadav, a case is registered against Shamim for receiving passports through forgery, fraud and false documents.
