Bap-MP Rajkumar Rot meets the Minister of Railways, demands to complete Banswara-Dungarpur Ratlam Railway Project soon

Bharat Tribal Party (BAP) MP Rajkumar Rot met on Tuesday from the Minister of Railway, Ashwini Vaishnav, from Banswara-Dungarpur Lok Sabha voting division. At this meeting, he made several important demands on the railway facilities of his tribal area. MP Rot has strongly demanded to complete the Banswara-Dungarpur Ratlam Railway Project, especially in 2011. MP Rot informed the minister that this railway project could become the backbone of backward and tribal areas such as Banswara and Dungarpur. But even after 13 years the project started, it is incomplete to date. He said that if this railway begins soon, there will be a positive change in the social and economic situation of the region, as well as new jobs will be created. Rajkumar Rot, while drawing attention to the incomplete works of the project, said that land acquisition, rail and station construction work is still pending in many places. He also suggested that the Railway Minister should include this project in the national priority, so that the required budget allocation can be accelerated for this. In addition, the MP has also drawn attention to other problems with the railroad connections in the region. He said people from tribal districts such as Banswara and Dungarpur were still deprived of basic facilities such as Railway. Rot urged the Railway Minister that alternative routes should also be planned to connect these districts to the main rail network. Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnav listened seriously to the words of the MP and assured him that the ministry would soon take the necessary steps in this direction. He said that the development of tribal areas is in the priority of the central government and that special attention is paid to the connection of such areas to the rail network. After the meeting, the MP Rot told the media that he was constantly causing the problems of the people of his region through parliament and ministries. He expressed the confidence that the positive results of his initiative would soon come out. It is striking that the Banswara-Dungarpur Ratlam Railway project was announced in 2008, while the work began in 2011. But for different reasons, this project to date is incomplete because people of tribal areas do not get traffic facilities. Share this story -tags
