Bareilly Bawal: Bulldozer ran at Baratghar of Nafees Khan accused of nuisance
Bareilly, October 4 (IANS). After the recent Ruckus in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, the administration strengthened the action on the illegal properties of the accused. In this relief, Saturday, the Bareilly Development Authority (BDA) has a bulldozer on ‘Raza Palace’, a Barat ‘Raza Palace’ in Jakhira by Dr. Nafees Khan, the national secretary of IMC and accused of Bawal. During this, heavy police force and PAC were present on the spot. Before the action, the administration cut the electricity connection, and the BDA team arrived with three Bulldores and demolished the illegal part. Raza Palace was described as the property of Dr. Nafees Khan and his partner Shoheb Baig. According to administrative sources, the building was built under the illegal occupation of WAQF or government land. A heavy police force, PAC and quick action were deployed to maintain peace in the district. The administration has made it clear that strict action will continue with the illegal properties of people involved in violence and disorder. Police earlier Maulana Tauqir Raza, dr. Nafees Khan and Nadeem arrested Khan and jailed them. Nafees’ market was also sealed after a rukus. On the other hand, the administration also performed at Farhat Khan’s home in Fike Enclave. After the end of the notice given by the BDA, the team reached the house on Saturday and broke the lock of the gate and sealed the house by closing the administrative lock. During this, administrative officials, including city magistrate Alankar Agnihotri, were present. A BDA official said this absolutely legal action is underway in the Raza Palace. SP City Manush Pareek says it is a regular action of the development authority. This is by the rule. Police have been deployed on security arrangements. Peace is maintained.
