In light of the festivals of Diwali and Chhath Puja, teams from the food safety and drug administration division on Tuesday in Nawada City of Bihar were inundated based on the suspicion of food. During this period, food samples were collected at many stores in the city. Counterfeit food items were also destroyed. About the government’s instructions, teams from the food department made raids in different areas of the district. During this period, samples of food items of many companies were taken on the suspicion of adultery. The purpose of this campaign is to ensure the availability of pure and safe food items during festivals. During the attack, the team took specially samples of raw cheese sent to the laboratory for testing because more complaints from adultery are nowadays. Food inspector Mukesh Kashyap, while talking to Ians, said we had received complaints several times about selling forged goods in these hotels. According to the information, cheese is sold by mixing raw flour in a business behind the civil court. Preliminary investigation revealed signs of adultery in cheese at many hotels and shops. He said that everyone’s samples were collected and sent for testing. After the report comes, strict legal action will be taken against the shop owners where forgery was found under the Food Safety Act. The main purpose of this campaign is to provide pure and safe food items during the festive season. Mukesh Kashyap said that information was received in some hotels they use, even that that cannot be consumed. He is being investigated. People were instructed not to sell forged goods in hotels and stores during the festive season.
