The congress announced the appointment of presidents and vice chairpersons for the state -wise ‘war room’ in major states on Tuesday before the upcoming election in the meeting. Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge approved these appointments and gave this information through a press release issued by the party -general secretary KC Venugopal. Newly appointed leaders will supervise election strategies and coordination efforts in their respective states. Amit Sihag, who talked about the appointments of different states, was appointed as the chairman in Assam, while Rituparna Konwar and Shantanu Bora were appointed as vice chairpersons. BP Singh has been appointed as the chairman in the Western Bengals. Harssh Canadam will serve as president in Kerala. Br Naidu has been appointed chairman in Tamil Nadu. In Puducherry, John Ashok Varadarajan was appointed chairman. All of these appointments will be effective immediately and are part of the party’s organizational system and widespread preparations to strengthen the publicity structure before the election.
