The congress announced the appointment of presidents and vice chairpersons for the state -wise ‘war room’ in major states on Tuesday before the upcoming election in the meeting. Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge approved these appointments and gave this information through a press release issued by the party -general secretary KC Venugopal.
