Kolkata, June 17 (IANS). The Western Bengal police on Monday found the cellphone of the victim of the residence of three main accused in Demur in the Howrah district next to Kolkata in the porn card in the state. Shweta Khan is the most important accused in this case. The other accused includes his son Aryan Khan and his daughter. As the third accused is a minor, his case was sent to the Juvenile Justice Council for action under the Youth Law Act. The three are accused of hosting a woman from the North -24 Parganas district in the Western Bengals for six months and allegedly refused to join a pornographic video recording with an iron bar brutally. An internal source of state police said a cellphone was restored Monday morning after an attack and search operation in the residence of the three accused. Apart from cell phones, a laptop and CCTV camera installed in the residence are also confiscated by officials who have inundated. Inner Sources in State Police said the digital video recorder of the CCTV camera installed at the residence was sent to forensic experts for investigation. The three accused in the case were arrested by the city by various areas of the city on June 11. Police action reinforced in the case after the National Commission for Women (NCW) made Suo Motu knowledge of the incident and immediately arrested immediately in terms of the provisions of the Indian Justice Code, 2023, by writing a letter to the Western Bengal DGP Rajiv Kumar. NCW also ordered the state police for the victim to receive free medical treatment and psychological counseling. The commission also ordered the DGP to submit a detailed action report within three days. Both Shweta and Aryan denied the allegations against them. Shweta, the most important accused, also said that she was involved in the case and that she also said that the side of her story should also be heard.
