Alternate nostril breathing
Alternate nostril breathing or nadi shodhana is done by inhaling through the left nostril while keeping the right one closed with your finger and exhaling through the right nostril while keeping the left one closed. Repeat for several times.

Pursed-lip breathing
This exercise slows down your breathing. Inhale slowly through your nose for two seconds. Pucker your lips (as if you’re about to whistle) and exhale gently through the mouth for about four seconds.

Equal breathing (Sama Vritti)
Equal breathing can help deal with anxiety by balancing your breath. Take a deep breath through your nose while counting to four. Hold your breath for four counts, then exhale for four counts. Repeat several times.
