London Black Taxi drivers accuse Uber of working illegally
Thousands of black taxi drivers in London filed a lawsuit against ‘Uber Technologies’ and claimed hundreds of millions of pounds, accusing them of working illegally in the British capital. RGL management, which carries out the lawsuit, said he accused Uber of getting a wrong job in the city and achieving illegal profits for at least six years, which began in 2012. Uber’s operating system did not meet the UK requirements for private car rental. Prosecutors also say that Uber’s intention was to acquire an illegal market share, which necessarily means the spread of the current black taxi drivers. “Uber) was aware of this during the offense period, and that the London Transport Authority, in order to obtain the license, is deliberately misleading on how its operating system works.” Ancient and multiple crises brought the new conflict to keep in mind the old crises facing the taxi request platform with various setbacks since it entered the market in the British capital. The London Transport Authority, due to the safety and organization’s concerns due to the concern of safety and organization, refused to renew its work permit for the first time, and then repeated it again in 2019. Uber twice managed to appeal against these two decisions. The company was also forced to reform its business model after the British Supreme Court had to be recycled as workers, in a bitter labor dispute over the right of its managers to obtain leave and pensions. Uber spokeswoman said these cases are old and “not based on any basis, as (Uber) legally works in the British capital, and that he has fulfilled its full licenses of the London Transport Authority.” More than 10,800 drivers have joined the lawsuit, and other drivers are likely to join. RGL management expected “the total value of the financial claim exceeded more than 250 million pounds ($ 313 million), including the value of interest.” This lawsuit comes after a huge technology to enable users to apply it to discuss black taxi cars as part of the company’s expansion plans, to become a comprehensive transport services supplier, including the discussion of trains between cities and rental cars.
