Pocso -Court no. 1 made an important verdict in the case of rape of an innocent eleven -year -old girl by taking her to the garden on the pretext of feeding her chow Mein. At the conclusion of the hearing in the case, the special Judge Balkrishna Mishra accused Ave Silavat punished 20 years of strict imprisonment and a fine of Rs 1.21 Lakh. Special Prosecutor Dharamveer Singhatat said that a complainant reported at the BhimganJ Police Station on December 7, 2024, that his sister was living with the complainant for six months. The 11 -year -old cousin of the complainant is spiritually weak. She began to live in constant fear three-four days. When asked with confidence, she said that there was a boy who did dirty with her. She said that on December 4, after returning from school, she stood outside her home that afternoon, when a boy called her and asked her name. After this, the boy identified himself as AVesh silavat. The accused youth took the girl to a park with the pretext of feeding her chow Mein, where he molested her. After this, he did dirty work by taking this girl on the pretext of chocolate and doing obscene acts. As soon as he heard it all about his niece, the complainant checked the CCTV footage of all the incident websites. The complainant said in the report that Avesh Silav had seduced the minor and committed rape on her. In this report, the police registered a case under the Pocso Act and conducted research. After this, a charge sheet was presented in court against accused Ave Silavat under kidnapping, rape and Pocso Act. During the hearing, on behalf of the prosecution, special prosecutor Klawer recorded the statements of 12 witnesses and presented 23 documents to prove the allegations against Silavat.
