Bihar: Cyber Thug Gang Busted in Purnia, 81 cell phones that have been restored, seven arrested
Purnia, September 17 (IANS). In the Assistant Tournament, Bihar’s Purnia district, the police struggled a cyber bomb gang, stealing the cellphone and transferring the money into a fake account via UPI and then selling the money in it and selling the cellphone. Those recently caught, phones of 23 people blew at the public meeting of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Purnia. A police officer said on Wednesday that the Assistant’s police station received secret information that seven people in Purnia Bus were sitting to go to Western Bengals with stolen cell phones. For the verification of this information and the necessary action, a patrol team was sent to the Purnia bus rod by the Assistant Tournament police station. After reaching the bus stall of the patrol team, all seven people sitting at the bus stall became nervous after seeing the police car. Based on the suspicion, the police searched all the seven people in police detention, and a total of 84 cell phones, including 81 cell phones, were recovered from them. Police Purnia superintendent Sweety Sehrawat said all the people who seized all the recycled cell phones were arrested. The arrested accused is taken against the arrested accused. He told that eight SIM cards and four Aadhaar cards were also found from them. Among the arrested people are from Jharkhand and one of the Western Bengals. Over the past few days, these people have held Purnia their place of residence. He said that in the recent meeting, these people were transferred 23 cell phones and money from the lock.
