Bihar Education Department has drawn up an action plan to speed up the implementation of Rusa, PM Usha and PM Shri schemes

To promote research and innovation, universities will receive Rs 126.34 crore in the new financial year under the PM USAHA scheme. Patna University and Lalit Narayan Mithila University received Rs 100-100 crore. The central government agreed to give about Rs 283.20 crore for the development of higher education. In response to the delay made universities in the implementation of centrally sponsored education schemes, the Bihar Education Department took an active step by preparing its action plan for the timely implementation of the National Higher Education Campaign (Rusa) and PM-Asha (High Education Scheme of the University Grants Commission). The department will now take care and the guidance of universities in the implementation of these schemes effectively. Attempts are also reinforced to ensure the full implementation of the PM Shri (Pradhan Mantri Vidyalaya Emerging India) scheme, including about 1,500 schools across Bihar for development by the central government. The education department is expected to request the Center for Financial Aid soon to implement these initiatives. In the new financial year, the state universities of Bihar Rs 126.34 will receive crore to promote research and innovation under the PM-SANSA scheme. It is noteworthy that the center has already approved an award of Rs 100-100 Crore at Patna University and Lalit Narayan Mithila University. Share this story -tags
