Bihar election: NDA welcomes the announcement of dates, claims crucial victory with development promises

Patna, October 6 (IANS). Following the announcement of the Bihar election dates, the leaders of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) welcomed the decision. The NDA leaders expressed the confidence that the alliance would once again form the government with a decisive majority. Sanjay Kumar Jha, executive president of the JDU, said the party welcomed the election commission’s decision to hold elections in two phases. He said that this election in the meeting is very important because it will not only determine the government for the next five years, but will also determine the direction and future of Bihar for the next 25 years. Jha said that wherever he goes in Bihar, a strong public is seen in favor of NDA. People want to continue with a strong majority of double engine led by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. I am confident that Bihar will join the top ten developed states in the country within the next five years. Santosh Kumar, national president of Hindustani Awam Morcha (Hum) and NDA Ally, also welcomed the announcement and predicted a great victory of the alliance. He said that the NDA would dispute elections with full power and that the people of Bihar will give the NDA a big win again this time. Referring to the government’s achievements, he said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, there was unprecedented progress in the field of roads, electricity, education, health and employment in Bihar. The public rely on the work of the NDA and will deny the false promises of the opposition. He claimed that the Grand Alliance would be eliminated and that the NDA would win at least 200 seats. The public will vote for development and stability. Under the leadership of Premier Modi, Bihar moved further than Jungle Raj and adopted good management.
