Women’s empowerment is promoted by women -dialogs in Bihar. It was started by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, including dialogue programs from panchayat to state level. In the dialogues held in more than 70 thousand places, proposals related to 40 departments were received, which revealed the basic problems and needs of women. Suggestions related to departments such as health, education and social welfare are reviewed so that public useful plans for women can be made. In the changing environment of society, the state government provides a strong platform for women to be voting. It was started by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar by organizing a meeting. The entire state took place simultaneously from April 18, 2025. The program lasted about a month. During this time, a women’s dialogue program was arranged from the Panchayat to the district and state level. Women’s dialogues were organized in more than 70 thousand places across the state. In this women’s dialogue program, more than lakhs have been received suggestions on various topics related to 40 departments. Based on all these suggestions, women highlighted basic problems or needs. So that on the basis of these proposals the necessary changes in the schemes or on these can be made, and on this basis, the government can prepare a sustainable exposition of public work. On this basis, the government will help a lot to solve the problems of women living in remote areas. In the women’s dialogue program so far, a large number of suggestions regarding health, education, social welfare, Phed and other departments have been received. By separating all these proposals, proper review at the level of the department concerned is done. So that the exposition of folk -used schemes can be prepared with solid and durable of this and women can get direct benefits from it. Health problems are specially focused on health problems and the exercise to meet all the facilities according to their needs is started. Many new action plans can be drawn up based on all the proposals received in the women’s dialogue program. Where other essential basic protection must be compiled, which will be built on priority base. For this, a large and important action plan will be drawn up at the level of all relevant departments and it will be implemented. The whole exposition of it is prepared.
