Two Greggs Stores in the West Midlands sits among the worst in the uk for food hygiene.

On March 6, a Greggs in the Village of Gaydon, Warwick, was handed a rating of 2 (‘Improvement necessary’).

The two Greggs outside of the region failure its hygiene is a greggs in Southall, London and Maidenhead according to Data from the Food Standards Agency.

“They just need to improve their hygiene and the standard food that they are selling.”

Food hygiene ratings are conducted by the local authority and businesses are evaluated on a score from 1-5.

Anything below a score of ‘3’ (generally satisfactory) is considered a fail in food hygiene.

The Failing Greggs in the West Midlands have a score of ‘2’, Defined by the Food Standards Agency as ‘some improvement necessary’.
