Bihar: Vice President CP Radhakrishnan worshiped in Maa Chamunda Shaktipeeth
Muzaffarpur, September 28 (IANS). Vice President CP Radhakrishnan performed special worship on Sunday at the famous mother Chamunda Shaktipeethe in the Katra block of the Muzaffarpur district Bihar. It was his first visit to Bihar after becoming vice president. Many central and local public representatives, including Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha, were present at the event. According to the information, Vice President Radhakrishnan worshiped for about 25 minutes in the Sanctum Sanctorum of the Temple. The head of the temple, Murari Jha and Priest Lakhanlal Vasistha, who came from Ujjain, staged the Puja. During this time, special worship was done to Maa Chamunda, Lord Shriganesh, Lord Shankar and other gods. After the Puja, the Vice President expressed satisfaction and said that this ritual was performed with full dedication and method and that he was very happy with it. A silver crown was presented to the Vice President by the Temple Trust Trust Committee. In addition, he was also honored by attracting Chunari and Garland.
