Rick and Morty Comic Series to finish after more than a decade at Oni Press
Oni Press announced the end of the ‘Rick and Morty’ comic book after more than ten years, and concluded with a six-part minerie titled ‘Rick and Morty: The End’ that begins in December. After more than ten years of publication, Oni Press confirmed that the prolonged ‘Rick and Morty’ comicine series came to an end. The announcement follows an earlier teaser that makes fans speculate on the future of the series, which served as an extensive universe to the hit -being performance. ‘Rick and Morty’ Comic Series are ready to conclude the comic series with a six-part minerie titled ‘Rick and Morty: The End’, written by Daniel Kibblesmith and illustrated by Jarrett Williams. The final storyline will begin this December, bringing a nearby part of a publication chapter that started in 2015. According to Oni Press, ‘Rick and Morty: The End’, Rick Sanchez will appear on the flight as the most popular man in every well -known universe. With an abundance on his head, everyone from military forces to circus clowns is behind him. His only hope can lie with Morty Smith – although Morty is not the only family member on his route. “Space Beth” Smith also hunts Rick, and her methods can be much less forgiving. What will the upcoming miniserie show? The upcoming miniser will run with Rick and Morty opposite the universe, another major event series currently written by Kibblesmith. In this storyline, the titular duo clashes with not only their former universe, but also the one in which they currently live – called the ‘Parmesan universe’, where everything is normal, except for the way the word ‘Parmesan’ is pronounced. While the future of Rick and Morty comics outside the end remains uncertain, fans can expect a dramatic and action-filled farewell to the characters as proposed in printed form. Oni Press has not yet indicated whether the franchise will continue with another publisher or in another format.
