Patna, October 4 (IANS). Prem Kumar, a Bihar government minister and member of the BJP manifesto committee, said on Saturday that the dates of the Bihar elections will be announced soon. The party had earlier decided to prepare its election manifesto. For this, proposals will be taken from more than one crore people of the state and these proposals will be included with the manifesto. Prem Kumar said the party proposal campaign would be launched before the manifesto is issued. The campaign will be held from October 5 to October 20. Prior to the release of the manifesto, the party decided to collect proposals from more than one crore people across the state. He said that more than 3 thousand proposals for this will be held in large places in 243 constituencies of the meeting in which people can give their proposals. Proposal boxes are held on every square, station, bus stall, mall and market. Minister Prem Kumar said that, apart from this, proposals will be collected by people in today’s technological era by missed calls and email. A Chariot will be sent to different districts to join people. Apart from this, a website will also be introduced. He further said that different forums of BJP and Morcha workers will go through their respective forums and collect their proposals between all parts of the community. The manifesto contains all suggestions to make Bihar developed Bihar. He encouraged people to be associated with this campaign and give his valuable suggestions. The BJP state spokesman and member of the Menifesto Committee Suresh Rungta said people will also be sought by the WhatsApp number proposals. Apart from this, proposals will also be invited from Bihar Chambers, Bihar Industries of Association, Tempo Driver Association, Rajak Association and other similar organizations.
