Make delicious sweet potato at home

Food makes delicious sweet potato at home, 4-5 large potatoes, oil, salt, pepper for frying, washing and peeling the potatoes first. Now cut it like a long and thin potato. Soak the chopped potatoes for 15-20 minutes in a large bowl in cold water. By doing so, their additional starch will come out and Patat will become bright. Remove the potatoes from the water and spread them on a clean cloth or kitchen towel. It is very important to dry it completely so that oil does not fly during frying. Heat oil in a pan. If the oil is light, add potatoes and fry for 3-4 minutes until lightly cold. Don’t cook it completely. Remove the lightly fried potato and spread in a plate and allow to cool for 15-20 minutes. If you want, you can also keep it in the freezer. Heat the oil sharply now. Pour the cool potato back into hot oil and fry until golden and crispy. Remove the potato from the oil and keep it in a bowl immediately. Add salt and a little pepper about it and mix well. Serve children with a warm, French sweet sauce or chutney.
