Army Jawan who went on leave to testify in murder case shot dead in Saharanpur

In the Saharanpur district of Uttar Pradesh, an army soldier who went on leave was allegedly shot dead to testify in a murder case. Police gave this information on Thursday. According to Vikrant’s family, he went to the dinner, but when he did not return, he tried to contact him over the phone. However, his phone was found closed. Superintendent of police (rural) Sagar Jain told Pti that some residents approached the family on Thursday morning after receiving his body near the road. He had a bullet mark on his head and chest.
