Increasing incidents of crime in Bihar once again ask serious questions about law and order. A sad incident came to light from the Warisleiganj police station in the Nawada district, where a 14 -year -old minor teenager was directed by his brother -in -law and three other friends. This inhuman act took place when the girl only sought water from her brother -in -law to drink. This heinous incident happened on Saturday night in Badhar (farms) on the banks of the Sacri River, about one kilometer from Mahadalit Tola. The teenager of the victim went to fetch wood with her friends for firewood when she felt thirsty. He sought water from his brother -in -law sitting in the area. According to the victim of the victim, the brother -in -lawed liquor lay in the water and gave it to her, which caused the girl’s head to blow. As soon as the teenager fainted, the brother -in -Law took him to a deserted place. Three of his friends were present there. The four accused raped the minor together in turn. After carrying out the incident, the accused left him and escaped. Friends gave information, the family contacted police when the victim did not return to her friends for long, they panicked the family and informed them in her home. When he heard this, the family members reached Badhar immediately and found the girl in an unconscious state. After coming to his senses, the victim told the entire incident that happened to her, after which the family immediately notified the police. Police took the case seriously, and police immediately started action. The Warisleiganj police station registered the case Number 482/25 on September 13 on the victim’s mother’s application. It imposed several other divisions, including rape and Poxo law. One accused who was arrested, who sought the rest, in the light of the seriousness of the case, was formed a special team under the leadership of the SDPO of Pakrabravan on the instructions of the SP. Police attacked late last night and arrested one of the four accused. The arrested accused was identified as 20 -year -old Renu Kumar, the son of Shyalal Manjhi of the town. During interrogation, he also accepted his crime. Police sent the victim to Sadar Hospital in custody of the family and conducted her medical examination. After that, the process of taking up his statement before the magistrate was also started. The policy team is now continuing to arrest the brother -in -law and other two absolute accused involved in the incident.
