Pti, New -Delhi. The Supreme Court asked the trade union of the gift tragedy victims (Avut) to visit the trauma centers prepared with a number of Rs 60 crore given by the Ansal brothers in memory of the burnt offerings of 1997. Senior lawyer Jayant Mehta, who appears on behalf of Evilit, asked to ask any member of the Sangh to visit these trauma centers to confirm the Delhi government claim. The bank said: The victims’ wounds are not appropriate, the bank said that the wounds of the victims of the gift scandal are not suitable and that this dispute must now be stopped in a reverent way. Dissatisfied with the implementation of the Apex Court’s proceedings, Evious complained that the Supreme Court did not comply with the 2015 order, and in fact the accused was spared without paying the consequences. Mehta said it seems that the culprits (Gopal Ansal and Sushil Ansal) used the release of the court and went to Blackhol, Rs 60 Crore. The court asked the Delhi Electricity Council to provide five hectares of land for the erection of the trauma center, but that did not happen. The bank asked additional lawyer General Archana Pathak Dave, hosted by the Delhi government, whether the Ansal brothers gave Rs 60 crore or not. To this, Dave answered JA, saying that this money was used at Sanjay Gandhi Memorial Hospital- Mangolpuri, Satyavadi Raja Harishchandra Hospital- Narela and Sirsapur Hospital. Mehta said he did not deny the construction of these hospitals and trauma centers by the government of Delhi, and it is the duty of the state to build such facilities for his people, but the question is more than Rs 60 crore. To this, Justice Suryakant said that 60 crores are extremely low for building and operating a Delhi hospital and said that the Delhi government has developed the trauma center in three hospitals by adding more funds to this money. When Mehta wanted to mention the court’s 2015 decision, the bank said it focused only on the construction of the trauma center. The bank asked Mehta to confirm whether the trauma centers have emergency response services and ambulances available.
