Play Safe Holi with children

Safe Holi is a festival of Holi colors, and it brings a lot of fun for children. But it is very important to take care of safety while playing with children. Avoid chemical colors as it can be harmful to the skin and eyes. Use natural colors, such as turmeric, beets and colors of flowers. Explain to the children that they should be careful while applying color to each other. Tell them that they do not add direct color to someone’s eyes or face. Ask children to be careful while playing with water. Tell them that they do not pour too much water on each other, and do not run to avoid smoothly. Do not use water balloons as it can cause injuries. Do not leave children with rest, especially when playing with water. Always monitor them. Apply sunscreen to protect the skin of children from sunlight. Wear comfortable clothing to children that make it easy to play. Drink plenty of water for the children so that they are not dehydrated.
