Case filed against Rahul Gandhi in the Lucknow-Mp-Mla Court heard on October 1
Lucknow, September 20 (IANS). The Congressional Leader and leader of opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi was once again engulfed in legal controversies. A complaint was filed against him in Lucknow’s MP-Mla Special Court for allegations of high treason and conspiracy against him. This case is related to the statement of Rahul Gandhi, which he delivered on January 15, 2025, during the inauguration of Congress’s headquarters in New Delhi. During that time, Rahul Gandhi said, “We are now fighting BJP, RSS and Republic of India.” Nripendra Pandey, lawyer of the Civil Court of Lucknow, objected to this statement and filed a complaint with the court. The next trial of the case is scheduled on October 1. In the complaint, the lawyer claimed that this statement from Rahul Gandhi is anti -national and that there is a direct attack on India’s constitutional institutions. He says that this statement was given thoughtfully, with complete mental stability, and possibly at the request of foreign powers to create a situation such as civil war in the country. The lawyer described it as a conspiracy to break the country and said that Rahul Gandhi not only targeted the BJP and the RSS with his statement but also targeted the Republic of India. Special Judge Alok Verma of the MP/MLA court filed a complaint about this serious allegation. The court also summoned the top leaders of several other congress, including Rahul Gandhi, to be summoned in this case and demanded punishment in terms of divisions related to the sedition and conspiracy of the Indian Code 2023. In this regard, Advocate Nripendra Pandey said in a conversation with Iians, “Rahul Gandhi deliberately said at the Inauguration of the Center. Indian Republic. Rahul Gandhi called on the country’s youth to save India’s democracy, indicating that he wants to produce a situation like Nepal in India. “The next trial in this case is now held on October 1.
