He is alleged to have sent people to Myanmar by pretending to be work where they are forced to work. The CBI did not find enough evidence against the accused, for which the report was submitted. The victims told the tragedy that they were sent to Myanmar by deception. Ravi atwal, Chandigarh. CBI Delhi claimed last year that he exposed a large rocket from human trafficking in the country. The CBI claims that the wife of sector-32 in Chandigarh and one of her companions Ajay runs the rocket. However, after a year -long investigation, the CBI could not gather enough evidence against this rocket, and now the investigative agency has filed a closing report in the Special CBI Court in Chandigarh. The CBI says that there is not enough proven to carry out a case against them. In such a situation, a case is closed against them. Now the closing report will be heard on October 28. Remove ad, just read the news, last year the CBI filed a fir against these two accused in terms of section 370 (3) (human trafficking) and 120B (conspiracy) of IPC. The CBI then claimed to send both people to countries like Myanmar, Cambodia and Laos by pretending to be a good work where Chinese businesses work as cybercrime. These people would be worked out against their will. People are tortured there and are severely tortured. However, the CBI did not arrest anyone in this case. The investigation took a year after the fir was registered, but the CBI did not find such evidence against them, so the case was closed. Three youths came to India and gave information across the rocket, according to the CBI, the accused woman also sent two youth named Abhishek Negi and Ashish Tyagi to Myanmar. But they somehow escaped from there. He came here and notified the CBI. Abhishek and Ashish said he contacted the woman with regard to the post in February 2024. He offered him a thousand US dollars salary in a Chinese company of Thailand. Abhishek and Ashish agreed to this work. Abhishek Negi also persuaded his family member Gaurav Bisht to go to Thailand. He claims to have been sent a ticket to Myanmar as Thailand. There he was asked to go to a place called Mewaddi. Initially he protested, but the accused woman implicated him in conversations and ready to go to Myanmar. When he got there, Mewaddi was found to be a very dangerous place. The work he was told about seems to be false. He refused to work and somehow escaped and reached the Indian embassy. From there he was returned to India and came here and told the CBI.
