According to the council, classes will be considered 9-10 and 11-12 as an academic program of two years. Students will have to study selected subjects for two consecutive years. At least 75% attendance of each student will be compulsory. CBSE has made it clear that it will also be necessary to complete the internal assessment for two years. The results of students who fail in this evaluation will not be explained. In Class 10, students can choose a maximum of two and an additional subject in Class 12, but these subjects must also be studied for two consecutive years. According to the rules, students can only choose the topic for which teachers, laboratory and other facilities are available in the school. According to the rules of CBSE, the rule of compartment exam in the category ‘Compartment’ or ‘Essential Repeat’ comes in additional subject, then he can again take the exam as a private candidate. However, students who do not follow these rules will not be allowed to choose additional subjects as private candidates in the board exam. Council officials say this change will promote the culture of discipline and depth in the students.
