The alleged corruption in the Panchayat in the gram of Sabha was overshadowed by an LLB student. But surprisingly, in this entire incident, police themselves registered a case against the victim student in eight serious divisions, including the atrocities Act, while those who were attacked were only registered under minor divisions. Corruption was announced in the gram of Sabha. This case is from town of Mohtara in the Bilha police station. Student leader Ranjesh Singh, who is a student of LLB, attended the gram of Sabha as president on Monday. During the meeting, Ranjesh Singh has been presenting documents of corruption in the Panchayat for the past ten years. According to him, most construction works were paid in the name of the same person, who does not have a store or a valid account. The student claims that 2,000 liters of water tank was bought for 49 thousand rupees, while neither the tank nor the seller had a store. The payment of Rs 8 lakh was reported in the name of the construction of collective toilets, but only 3.5 lakhs were made from MnRega item. Supporters of the BJP leader are accused of claiming that the residents and president of the Bjym Mandal, Indrajit Kshatriya, who was stunned by the student’s allegations, attacked Ranjesh Singh in the office with his supporters. Not only that, when Ranjesh reached the police station to register a complaint, he was also attacked there. After the incident, when Ranjesh Singh took information on the case, it was found that the police themselves registered a case against him in seven divisions, including section 3 (1) (d), 3 (1) (d) and section 391, 351, 115, 296 of the Indian Justice (BNS). On the other hand, the attackers are registered under Articles 115, 296, 192 of BNS. Former Education Minister raised the question of receiving information about the incident, former Education Minister Umesh Patel, with IG Dr. Shev Shukla spoke and accused him of unilateral action in the whole case. He said that the student only exposed corruption, such behavior with him is condemnable.
